Why haven’t I received a tracking number?
Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation when it is available. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Carrier scans may take time to appear. If your tracking seems delayed or the expected delivery date has passed, contact our team with your order number.
Tracking says delivered, but where is my package?
Check the delivery location, household members and any carrier delivery notes. If the parcel is still missing, contact us so we can investigate.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether a change is possible before dispatch; changes are not guaranteed after processing.
